The fine print
Privacy policy.
Plain English, like everything else here. Effective July 19, 2026.
Who I am
Flat White LLC ("Flat White," "I," "me") operates flatwhitecreative.com, an email and SMS marketing consultancy based in Ohio, USA. Questions about this policy or your data: zach@flatwhitecreative.com.
What I collect
If you request a free audit or contact me through the site, I collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, store URL, and message. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you share when scheduling. If you email me directly, I have whatever you send. That's it: no accounts, no tracking pixels, no ad cookies.
Analytics without cookies
This site uses Netlify Analytics, which measures traffic from server logs: page views, referrers, and rough location at the country/region level. It runs entirely server-side: no cookies, no scripts following you around, and nothing stored on your device. That's why there's no cookie banner here.
How I use your information
To do the thing you asked: record your audit, answer your message, schedule and hold calls, and, if we work together, deliver the work. I may email you back; that's the point of the form. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and I don't add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who touches the data
A short list of service providers processes data on my behalf: Netlify (site hosting and form submissions), Calendly (call scheduling), and my email provider (correspondence). Each has its own privacy practices and safeguards. If we become client and consultant, work happens inside your own platforms (like your Klaviyo account), which stay yours.
How long I keep it
Form submissions and emails are kept as long as they're useful for responding to you or running our working relationship, then deleted. You can shortcut that any time; see below.
Your choices
Email me and I'll tell you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it, usually within a few days. No forms or hoops. If you're in a region with formal data rights (like the EU/UK or California), those rights are honored the same way: by asking.
A few standard notes
This site is meant for business owners, not children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Reasonable safeguards protect the data I hold, though no internet transmission is perfectly secure. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date.
