Fair questions, straight answers.

Working together
The big ones.
What's the price?
Price follows the scope of work, and only the scope. I don't charge more because your store earns more; a bigger revenue number is not a bigger invoice. I'm after a fair price that works long term for both of us, and we can make it work at almost any price point. For reference, the average client lands around $1,000 a month. That's an average, not a package; smaller scopes come in under it. The free audit is where we figure out what's actually worth doing; you'll have a clear number before you commit to anything. Is it really just you?
Yes, that's the point. The person on the strategy call is the person designing the emails is the person writing them. No handoffs, no juniors, no mystery team.
Do I own everything?
Everything. It's built in your Klaviyo account from day one. No lock-in, no hostage files.
What if I already have flows running?
Even better: the audit gets sharper. Existing flows mean data, and data means I can show you exactly what's underperforming instead of guessing.
Why no contracts?
Because retention should be earned, not signed. You'll stay for the work, not the paperwork.
How fast do I see something?
The audit is free and takes days, not weeks. Campaigns are ready to send after week one, core flows go live close behind, and everything compounds from there.
Why not just hire in-house?
A good in-house email hire is a serious salary, and it buys one of the three skills you need. This is senior strategy, design, and copy in one place, for a fraction of one hire.
Pricing
Money questions.
Why no prices on this page?
Because a single package number would be wrong for most stores. The closest honest answer: the average client lands around $1,000 a month, but that's an average, not a package. Smaller scopes come in under it, and you'll have your exact number in writing after the free audit, before you commit to anything.
Do you charge a percentage of revenue?
No. Price follows the scope of work, and only the scope. Growing your revenue should never grow your invoice.
What if my budget is small?
Tell me. Scope flexes both directions, and we can make it work at almost any price point. A smaller scope done properly beats a big one done halfway.
Any contracts or minimums?
None. Month to month from the first invoice. The audit before it is free either way.
